I’m watching the season premiere (sorry, “sneak peak”) of “October Road” right now.

Don’t judge. That’s not the point.

Nick and Eddie have gone to New York to find Owen (for anyone who watched) and they’re at Nick’s apartment. There’s a girl there – girlfriend of a friend – and she’s decided to pick up the sax because a homeless man, Mr. Butch, told her that the only thing missing from her life was a horn.

Given the fact that  Scott Rosenberg is a local Boston fellow – Needham – I’m going to assume that the writer decided to give a shout-out to the king of Kenmore Square.

And I believe that to be pretty neat.
